Service Description

Mini Sessions are one-time, 30-minute consultations. You will walk away with clear strategies and receive a written summary of our discussion following the consultation. Daily text and email support is available for 1 week following the consultation. A follow-up Mini Session or Single Session is recommended. Ideal for: Caregivers seeking an answer to a specific question or to gain knowledge on a specific topic.
